 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.

  Shipping Method & Delivery Time

HJ Store offers standard nationwide delivery:

Pakistan Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (depending on your city).

  • Shipping Partner: TCS / Leopards / M&P or other reliable courier services.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders.

  Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 180–250 (city-based variation)

  • Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 2,999
    (You can change this limit as needed.)

  Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier name

  • Tracking link (if available)

You can track your shipment anytime after dispatch.

  Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct.
HJ Store is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect address

  • Customer not answering calls

  • Customer not available at the delivery location

If the parcel is returned due to these reasons, re-shipping charges will apply.

 Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Parcel unboxing video

  • Photos of the product

We will review the case and resolve it as soon as possible.
