Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Item must include all accessories such as cables, manuals, and boxes.

Note: Used or physically damaged products are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used earbuds for hygiene reasons

  • Damaged items caused by misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

3. Replacement Policy

We offer product replacement if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • Product is damaged on arrival

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

Replacement request must be made within 48 hours of delivery with video or photo proof.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced

  • You returned the item successfully after approval

  • Your return has been inspected and approved

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase.
Please allow 3–7 working days for processing.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact our support team at (Add your email/WhatsApp number)

  2. Provide your order number and issue details

  3. Send clear photos or a video as proof

  4. Wait for approval and return instructions

Do not send items back without approval.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the product is faulty or wrong, HJ Store covers return shipping.

  • If the customer changes their mind, the customer pays the return shipping cost.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—you must request a return instead.
